Billing questions
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. Start your trial without a card and add one only if you decide to continue.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Learning sessions pause for that child until you add a payment method. Their progress is kept.
- How does cancelling work?
- Cancel anytime for any child in Parent area → Billing. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you paid for. Annual plans refund the unused full months.
- Can I pay for just one child?
- Yes. Each child has their own free trial and their own plan, and is billed separately. Paying for one child never changes what you pay for another.
- Will the price change without notice?
- No. We email you at least 60 days before any price change applies to your subscription.
